Fluffy, yes I have, and I was smoking 3-4 packs a day. I am so glad though that now the mere smell of smoke sickens me. My oldest son, smokes and it really bothers me, esp. after all of the begging he did wanting me to stop. Hopefully some day he will realize what he is doing and will quit.
