Hey, Leon!
If there's a lesson there somewhere, I'd say climb to a hill and scream it to all of those who can learn from that lesson. Shout it out, not for your own revenge, but for the glory of God.
"I know a person who did this..." and then explain what they did and why it was wrong, the way that you've learned it. End your story with, "If it was me, this is how I would correct my own behavior."
Personally, I don't think that you have to reveal the names of anybody in question. "A coworker" or "someone that I know" is enough. IMO, if you dig deeper than that, you're bordering on the edge of gossip.
Tell nobody but God, in your prayers, the names of those that you know are sinning. To me, if you spread the word about the bad things that they're doing...and other people punish them for their behavior...they've gotten their punishment from other men (and not God Himself).
God already knows. But for you to lift up their names in prayer as a concerned individual, God will also know your own heart. Ask Him to forgive them, because they're sinners just like us. Tell Him that you forgive them in your own heart (and mean it), and then move on about your life.
This is an excellant question that provokes thought.
