IMO Looks like you need another job
Even where we work should be guided by the Holy Spirit... Ask the Father if you are behaving in a way that provokes your working partners...
Example: Preaching to them  , or making it obvious through body language that you dis-approve of them...
Even though the below verse is referring to wives the premise I believe is the same for working partners
1 Peter 3
1 In the same way, you wives must accept the authority of your husbands. Then, even if some refuse to obey the Good News, your godly lives will speak to them without any words. They will be won over by observing your pure and reverent lives.
