Yet the scripture declares He did:
Isa 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Joh 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
If there were no evil, no good an bad there would be no choice to make.
