The Inner Room is a place of Fellowship for serious Believers who are wanting to LEARN and GROW in Christ - with an aim of one day reaching Scriptural Maturity in Him.

It is a place of resting in the Lord, of safety and security, and of SHARING together. That is, sharing our lives. Sharing the Lord. Being together. Praying and loving and caring and uplifting each other.

The Christian life is NOT AN EASY ONE, and never was intended to be so by our God. For this reason and so that we may both learn AND grow I shall write messages from time to time of the things God has gloriously taught me these past 50 years of walking with Him.

By His grace - and by that grace alone - I am a mature Christian. I also know the Scriptures taught to me by the Holy Spirit, and most specifically the New Testament where we all must live our lives since Jesus came to earth.

My Dedication: is first to my Lord and Master, then to you who choose to become part of The Inner Room. You can do this actively via posting, or passively by reading.

ALL MESSAGES WILL BE ABLE TO BE READ AT ANOTHER PLACE THAT I WILL TELL YOU.

Please note that our enemy will fight this thread - he always does - but that's part of the life of a Believer for just so long as we are on the planet and had not gone to be with Him forever.

I've done Inner Room threads on other forums. Some of the people from those will join us here. In this brand new year of 2008 may God Himself bless us each one with a NEW knowledge and understanding of Himself that will change our lives FOREVER.

A man from Down Under who really DOESN'T much like talking about himself! You can read about me in my Profile. For the purposes of this thread I'll simply add that I'm a gentle, sensitive, mostly quiet man - who is also VERY strong! A contradiction, yes? Seems to be, but that's who He made me.

People who know me will tell you that I am very loving and an encourager. I adore helping people. I also simply HAVE to teach - can't help meself! At times I can be a challenge person, i.e., I will challenge others even as God has challenged me. Without being challenged we'll mostly just stay exactly where we are!

That's enough. We can share with each other more things as we get closer in our fellowshipping together!
