What should I do to keep the joy I got from the Holy Spirit constantly…

When we pray in church or in our homes we feel good I believe because this is because connect with the Holy Spirit. But when we come out from the church or we go to the world there are people who says things (who are committed to say things) to offend you and to even get satisfaction from it. I believe weather because we are humans or weather some people have shallow faith we get offended and angry and break a commandment or two instantly.
Assume you just pray and you filled with the Holy Spirit and if some one is abusing you on street, How do you protect your self from breaking a commandment?
e.g.: There a happy person called “X”, he is happy because he prayed and he is filled with Holy Spirit. He went out and some one on street says / does something to make him angry. What should that person (X) do to not get angry but to keep the joy that he got from the Holy Spirit within him?
