There are parts of Africa that suffer from drought, it's true.
The problem seems to be that some areas that are able to grow crops were hit hard, ruining crops and spreading diseases. Flooding has damaged many homes too.
There are many beautiful, green plush ares of Africa and there are also many drought stricken areas.
We cannot deny there are people starving where food cannot be grown, or water accessed.
Also, if it does rain where there has been a drought, the ground does not swallow up the water, it sets on it like it's setting on cement.
