I think what people need to do when they feel overwhelmed by whats going on in their lives and outside interference gets to be to much is , Be still and listen , God will be there to lead you in all that you want to say. Moses's told God he spoke not plainly , but look at him , he was a great prophet. Sometimes its hard to wittness when those you try to witness to just don't want to listen , but the important thing is to give it a shot anyway . :-D
