Great email and message from your aunt. It is important today to be able to be honest with oneself when evaluating one's position in Christ Jesus, just as it was when one was first saved. Your aunt hits on two very important points:
1) We become fearful when poised to witness the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to others, even if just living as Jesus; and
2) Getting distracted with the things of this life while in the world, instead of relying on the guidence and voice of God as we walk in this world obeying Jesus' commandments.
