All in all, FaLun Gong is a pseudo-religion. It deifies a person and teaches that the practitioners can be Deity, which cause a social ideology turbulence.
An administration litigation of FaLun Gong practitioner asylum petition
At 4:00 P.M. on May 2nd, Seoul Administrative Court carried a court to review on the case of " the rejection of asylum petition" (the presiding judge, Quan Chengxiu)
There are 32 plaintiffs totally, they submitted their own activity data and photograph, and applied for witnesses to appear at court.
The plaintiffs also submitted their representations as well as the details of their meeting with staffs of Korean Immigration Management Firm.
The plaintiffs' witnesses included three Korean and three Foreigners. When the foreign witnesses are about to be questioned after the Koreans, the plaintiffs applied for a Chinese interpreter and another witness.
At first the defendant confirmed if the witnesses knew the daily actions of the plaintiffs. Afterwards, the presiding judge allowed the defendant to question the witnesses. The defendant questioned not only about the circumstances in 2002 and 2004, but also the activities of Falun Gong nowadays and the political situation in China.
The next hearing is scheduled at 4 p.m. on May 30th. The witnesses will then be further questioned.
