Isn't it interesting how the origin of a word changes and it means what it means at the present time, to the majority.
My sons like to remind me that the word 'pi##' is in the Bible so it must not be a bad word!
I remind them, "Well, it is NOW!",
because society has made it into one!
You are right though, B2LY, lust is something we strongly long for but I'm afraid if we chose to use it in it's origin, people wouldn't be very accepting of it~
