Just wanted to share a thought:

I will bless the Lord at all times, His praise shall continually be in my mouth"- these are Words to live by- if we are continually praising God we won't have time for self pity, complaining and focusing on things that bring us down- let us indeed keep our hearts and minds focused on Him and we will find ourselves drawing ever nearer His heart
