Jonah 2:1 says that Jonah was in the belly of a big fish. I hope you're not saying that Jonah died, went to hell, then was supernaturally revived when he was spat up from the ocean. (Even though
Jonah 1:17 disputes this)
The hebrew word here for hell is "Sheol" which people know to be translated as the grave. Jonah is saying "...From the depths of the grave I called for help, and you listened to my cry." Jonah is clearly using figurative, poetic language. The exact same kind of language is used in other types of Hebrew poetry located in Psalms.
