Do not be arrogant, but fear! 11:21 For if God did not spare the natural branches, perhaps he will not spare you. 11:22 Notice therefore the kindness and harshness of God – harshness toward those who have fallen, but 3 God’s kindness toward you, provided you continue in his kindness; 4 otherwise you also will be cut off. 11:23 And even they – if they do not continue in their unbelief – will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. 11:24 For if you were cut off from what is by nature a wild olive tree, and grafted, contrary to nature, into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these natural branches be grafted back into their own olive tree?
Thanks for posting these!

Romans 9-11 primarily deals with Israel as a nation. These are great assurance of salvation verses, because even though God has temporarily cut Israel off as a nation and turned to the Gentiles, He has not taken away the ability for individual Jews to be saved.

Also they illustrate God’s faithfulness! Even though Israel denied, disobeyed, and turned from God, He never let them go!

Also, they illustrate what Paul wrote in chapter 8, leading up to these verses:

Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:37-39)

Wow! Praise the Lord!

God bless you for posting these. They really blessed me today.
