The stuff that's good for you isn't so bad after you eat it for a while. It's just your taste buds. They crave the fatty, salty stuff.
When I began eating raw veggies and fruit and such and ate some fast food, it was way to salty. Absolutely disgusting!

I could literally taste the grease and oils.
So that shows that when you eat the good stuff, the stuff that once tasted good starts tasting really bad.
I want to change my diet...I'm going to invest in more raw, organic foods.
