ya know, after last week's break through....I've been feeling pretty good, and sleeping much better too. I'm actually waking each day refreshed and ready to greet the day...instead of yawning and wanting more sleep...that for me is so amazing..I thank the Good Lord above for the work He is doing in my lately...it is so awesome.
