Sadly eating healthy foods may not keep you as healthy as one would think. As early as the 1940's the FDA has realized that the top soil is depleated of minerals and the food grown on it is lacking.
Just from experience an occasional shot of liquid minerals will have you feeling like a Million Dollars before taxes! 
And of course you need the vitamens i-c-e C-r-e-a-m
