Not only from computers we are using to make these posts but also in our food supply through modern farming techniques, sanitation, better medicine and our ability to travel. I would like this knowledge to continue to grow to enhance the quality of life for future generations. The better the quality of life is the more chance there is to be able to reflect on the world around us and be able to feel the presence of God.
I feel that man's pride in his own knowledge is more on an individuals bases of understanding things and thinking that they are superior to others because of it. I don't think that appreciation for the knowledge that has been acquired and put down for us by previous generations as well as our peers is a bad thing. This knowledge can be used to help people in many situations and thus I feel that it is a good thing. Is there something wrong with this?
