You'd need long arms to put into the water based on the "Boats" that I saw going through the locks in Valleyfield, Quebec years ago. That was quite an experience in "very large."
To my amazment they raised the water level in the lock for one solitary normal size boat (less than 10 meters in length) while I was there. Before the water was raised - it looked like a toy as far down as it was in this immense lock.
Anyway the visit was a Cecil B. DeMille moment - uh.. well... Bo and Dusty will know what I mean.
