It could of course be a blessing or a curse depending on how you look at it. My wife gets upset that she cannot express herself at times of great stress without the tears flowing and she thinks that is weakness (I disagree). One the other hand her tender heart is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. Being sensitive she can take immense pleasure out of even the simplest things, her compassion is what I consider to be a great strength and attribute.
Like all things we look for balance and move forward in the gifts our God has given us- personally I think it would a much darker world without your sensitive hearts.
