Greetings Sent!

Interesting. The first thing that struck me is that if one has the attitude that it is impossible to not sin, then one expects to sin. If one expects to sin then it would seem that sin is justified. Because it cannot be avoided, then we are somehow free to sin and it will be forgiven.

And I would say that is the wrong way to look at things. We are not free to sin. Nor should it be in us to rationalize sinning that way before the sin is committed. After the fact, if one was weak and stumbled, we can recieve solace in knowing that Jesus Christ forgives us and wants us still - that's unconditional love for you.

There are people around here that are better at this stuff than me, it's sort of late though. I liked the scriptures you referrenced and would say that you are on the right track. And there are some periferral issues that it would seem need to be addressed as well.

But I'm with you on this, to a large degree. With God anything is possible, and not sinning is certainly a good thing.

God Bless and welcome to CFS! James
