High wind advisories, watches and warnings are in effect in some areas from the North Carolina / Virginia coastal border through all of coastal New England today through Tuesday. Winds may gust in these areas to over Hurricane Category 1 force of 74 MPH. Some coastal flooding is already being reported.
If you reside along or near the Atlantic Coast of the US, please monitor your local media broadcasts and the official updates and advisories from the NOAA Weather Radio Network.
