Praises to the Lord tonite! I am thankful for your teachings and your challenges, I have profited greatly from the sharing of your experiences.
The Lord blessed me tonite! Big time! I drove back to my old apartment and 4 of my girlfriends showed up to help pack.. my daughter came up to! brought me a really nice Mother's day gift.
The only sad part of the nite is as she was going through a box from the attic, as I was at the computer, she came into the room bawling her eyes out.. she found a letter I had kept that my ex husband wrote to me when I had asked for the divorce.. she said Dad was even trying to work it out mom and you still did not go back. .. you even kept the letter mom.. well that was a tough one .. I explained to her that I was going through alot back then.
As I reflect upon those days back then, I was lost in my faith.. One of the biggest things I continue to learn is that when someone says they are a Christian really observe their walk.. this tells a great story.. as I am still learning and being more aware of.
My parents come tomorrow. still lots to do in the next few days, but we are getting there!
