I guess that interpretation depends on your eschatology. If (His church?) looks up for their redemption. If we are caught up and changed at the sounding of the last trump those are one in the same. I am not trying to argue pre, mid, post or pan - just sharing a view.
1Co 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
