One body- many members. Unity in doctrine- not till Christ comes back. Unity in Spirit- hopefully. Unity under one leader (besides Jesus)- oh yeah that is going to be tried by the anti-Christ.
As far as the Holy Spirit one should be careful how one puts Him down, lowers Him positionally, and or mocks/criticizes Him as that is called balshphemy by Jesus.
